Returns policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, return it for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

However, you must return or exchange your item within 14 days after the date of receipt.

Please include the packing slip that you received with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return.

We will refund to you the amount excluding shipping and handling charges you may have paid for the item. We do not accept returns that are excessively worn, handled or customer-damaged items.

Send package securely wrapped, insured and prepaid to us.
